The Church of England Connell for Empire Settlement has circularised tho clergy asking thorn to living, boforo their congregations on April 22 tho subject of tho church’s care of her people taking up life overseas. The circular emphasises the importance of having plans laid against the time when the Dominions, having absorbed their unemployed, can welcome a largo inflow from Britain.
