v : (Britlih Official Wirelau.) , - (Received 0 a.m.) RUGBY, August 13, The- decision made at Manchester today by the cotton operatives to negotiate with the employers on the “more looms”-system, about which a serious trade dispute occurred during the winter, is regarded as an important advance toward the reorganisation of the Lancashire cotton industry. It may lead to an increase of the industry’s competitive power in the foreign markets.
