DOMINION" CO-OPERATIVE , • SCHEME. NORTHERN WAIROA ADVOCACY. (Per Press Association. —Copyright.) DARG.AVTLLE, This Day. At a very largely attended moot ing of dairy factory suppliers last evening, to hear an address by Mr G. D. Mac Raid a no, of the New Zealand Producers' Co-operative Marketing Association, on the dairy marketing problem, the following resolution was unanimously carried: — “That in view of the necessity of tho dairy fanners of New Zealand adopting a scheme of orderly co-oper-ative marketing, this meeting urges upon the New Zealand Producers’ Co-operative Marketing Association and Amalgamated Dairies, as the only two co-operative marketing companies in New Zealand of dairy produce, to combine their efforts Ho achieve this desirable abject, and as the suppliers of the Northern Wairoa Dairy Company will be asked'to pass an opinion at their annual meeting as to the. necessity of joining such a scheme, it will greatly help them in their deliberations if an amalagamatiou or other harmonious agreement can be arrived at by these two companies before .that date.”
