WATERSIDER’S CLAIM
DISALLOWED BY COURT. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) WELLINGTON, This Day. In the ease before Mr Justice Smith', in which Joseph O'Brien, a waterside labourer, claimed £ISOO damages against the Dnnedin-Wanganui Shipping Company as the result of an accident on die Holmdale on January 27, 1928, plaintiff was non-suited on the ground that there was no evidence of negligence on the part of defendant company.
