SECOND DAY'S RESULTS. FOXTON, This Day. For the second day of Foxton Racing Club's annual meeting the weather is fine, but overcast. There is a large attendance. Results: — Paiaka Hurdles, one mile, five furlongs.—(s) Anchor, 9.0, 1; (4) Empire Camp, 9.0, 2; (1) Elavctte, 10.9, 3. All started. Won by a length and a half. Time —3.2 4-5. Whirokino Handicap, six furlongs—(l) Whenuanui, 8.3, 1; (10) Grand Lupin, 7.7, 2; (4) Lady Cynthia, 7.11, 3. Scratched: Wilderness. Won by two lengths. Time-—1.16 President’s Handicap, one mile and a distance. —(1) Opa, 8.8, 1; (3) Pencus, 7.11, 2; (5) Panart, 7.0, 3. Scratched: Nukumai. Won by threequarters of a length. Time—l.ss. Wharangi Handicap, six furlongs.- — (1) Bonognc, 8.3, 1; (4) Misgovern, 7.0, 2; (-3) First Acre, 9.9, 3. Scratched: Beaumont. Won by a neck. Time—l.l6.
