BRIGHT AND COLD. Mr. K. K. Wragge lias telegraphed to the ''Northern Advocate" the following weather forecast, for four days from 9 a.m. today — The low-pressure areas are now passing into west longitude, but occasional showers are yet likely. A high-pres-sure system is approaching the courttry, causing a general improvement in the weather, with cold, frosty nights and morning mists. "Winds between west, south-west, south and southeast. Sea moderating.
