At the Stadium Tommy Fairhall defeated Louis Plees in 11 rounds, the latter skying the towel -after receiving severe punishment. At Lithgow Jackson retained the fly-weight boxing championship of Australia, defeating Teddy Green on points ir. 20 rounds after a sterling contest, —A. and N.Z.
