Australian and N Z. Cable Association. (Press Assn.—Reed. 11.30 p.m.) BLOEMFOXTEIX, November 20. Ex-President M. T. Steyn died suddenly in Bloemfontein to-day when addressing the Women's Congress. Martinus Theunis Steyn was born in Orange River Colony, on October 2, 1857. He wad trained for the law and eventually became a barrister of the Inner Temple, London.
