Servians' Sweeping Victory.
MONTENEGRINS MOVING FORWARD
BALTJC NAVAL ENGAGEMENT REPORTED
The High Commissioner reports, under date London, September 21, 12.35 a.m.:— * .'■*'■ The Servians, defeated twenty thousand Austrians near Novibazar.
The Montenegrins are advancing towards Sarejevo, and have occupied Prohetka, whence the Austrians retired. A German army surgeon states that arrows'have been used effectively by the Allies' airmen. Two airmen fleAv over a German regiment at the frontier, at a height of five thouasnd feet, and dropped arrows on the soldiers in camp. It is estimated that the airmen shot fifty arrows, killing or injuring soldiers The arrows are made of steel.;
Stockholm reports that a number of Russian warships have arrived at Helsingfors in a damaged condition. A terrific cannonading Avas heard in the neighbourhood of the Aland Islands a day or tAvo previously. It is believed that Russian cruisers engaged the German fleet near Bornholm.
