LAKE CHARLES FLOODS.
BUSINESS DISTRICTS UNDER WATER. WASHINGTON, Oct. 2. The Lake Charles Hoods are driving the people out of the residential districts. Whole Ibusiness districts are under water. There has been heavy damage but no lives have been lost. Railway communication is interrupted, the tracks being flooded.
