DROUGHT IN BRITAIN.
VERY SERIOUS POSITION. THREE MONTHS' DROUGHT IN BEDFORDSHIRE. LONDON, Aug. 21. The drought in England and Scotland is daily becoming more serious for agriculturalists. Glasgow has only 77 days' Watersupply. The River Tay has reached the lowest level on record. Bedfordshire has been without rain for nearly three months.
