HIS RECENT ACTION DENOUNCED
CAPETOWN, Aug. 21
General Hertzog, at a meeting in Johannesburg, fiercely attacked General Botha for allowing himself to be led by cosmopolitan financiers and Imperialists to the detriment of South African interests. He denounced the Government's action in regard to the recent strike.
