Blackball Business.

I. Semple. Federation Organiser, addressed a largely attended meeting in Blackball on July 9. He spoke on "War, Ward and Kitchener" and condemned Compulsory Military Training. Resolutions similar to those passed at Run ansa regarding the Compensation Act and the Gold Miners' Relief Fund were agreed to unanimously, as was a further resolution regarding Conscription printed elsewhere.
