United Press Association—By Ele-tr’c Telegraph—'Copyright. WASHINGTON, April 28. The Supreme Court ruled to-day that negroes are entitled to the same firstclass services and accommodation on Pullman cars as white passengers. The Court also ruled that the National Labour Relations Board can require an employer to hire men who have been denied employment because of their union connections.
