New Outbreak of Hostilities In Indo-China
Received Monday, 7.20 p.m. BANGKOK, Jan. 6. A new outbreak of hostilities occurred on the frontier. Tentative negotiations between Generals Garreau and Songgram have been broken off. French artillery attacked the Aranya sector, but the Thai forces answered their fire and then advanced and captured, a number of strategic points.
