Poland Answers “No!”

GERMAN DEMANDS IN DANZIG DISPUTE WARSAW, June 20. A Polish Government spokesman fast night said: “To all Dr. Gocbbels* talk Poland says a firm ‘No.' She is ready to bear all the consequences of such an answer.’ * Poland has rejected the Nazi protest against the alleged provocative behaviour of Polish Customs agents. The agents declare that the accusation is unfounded. Immediately after the speech of Dr. Goebbels calling on the people of Danzig to hold out pending the return of Danzig to the Reich, Poland issued a deportation order against three important German landowners bordering on the Free City.
