During the coming week the programme will include tho gollowing fixtures:—•
To-night (Saturday), girl members will entertain their mothers at a party in the club’s rooms in commemoration of Alother’s Day. The programme will include a specially written tableau, appropriate items for the occasion, games and supper. The fortnightly meeting of the Round Table Club will be held, commencing with tea at 5.30 p.m., after which there will be consideration of the report from the recent Dominion conference of Round Table Clubs held at Wellington at Easter. Air. Billens will give a survey of world events. Members of Girl Citizen Clubs will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday for their regular activity. “3Y9” Club will meet at 7.30 on Wednesday night and Business Girls’ .Lyceum on Thursday night, when, in addition to the regular programme of physical work, drama and handcraft, Airs. Phillip Flood will give a talk on “Dress.” The monthly meeting of the board of directors will take place at the club rooms on Friday, I9th, at 2.15 p.m.
