OFFICE-HOLDERS IN KAIRANGA COUNTY COUNCIL j Since the incorporation of tho Kairanga County Council on April 1, 1902, that body has had 13 chairmen. With seven years and two months in the chair, Cr. J. Batchelar has the longest period of service to his credit, but he is closely followed by the present chairman, Cr. D. Collis, who has held office for six years and eleven months.
