POLAND AND LITHUANIA TO SIGN PACT KAUNAS, April 3. A Lithuanian-Polish non-aggression pact is expected to be signed shortly. It is believed that the pact is intended as a bulwark against future German aggression. The Lithuanian public greatly favours solidarity with Poland. SOVIET DENIAL WAR MATERIALS TO POLAND MOSCOW, April 3. It is officially denied that the Soviet has undertaken to supply Poland with war materials.
