MAJORITY OF NEARLY 3000 Received Thursday, 6.30 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 17. The Ipswich by-election, owing to Sir J. Ganzoni’s elevation to the peerage resulted:— R. btokes (Labour) .. .. 27,604 11. Willink (Nat. Cons.) 24,413 This is a Labour gain.
