Durraween’s Master Blamed
COLLISION WITH WANGANELLA Received Thursday, 8.20 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 17. The Marine Court of Inquiry found that the collision between the Wanganclla and the Durraween was' brought about by the inefficient lookout on the Durraween, the master of which wa* guilty of careless navigation in altering his course immediately prior to th* collision.
