SEQUEL TO FATAL COLLISION United Press Association—Bv Electric Telenrauii.—Copyrlgnt. Received Alouday, 11.40 p.m. AIELBOURNE, Feb. 15. The Union Steam Ship Company ot New Zoaland, owners of tho Kakariki to-day issued a High Court writ claiming from the owners of tho Caradale £50,000 damages which it is alleged were occasioned in the recent collision. The Caradale was arrested to-day when under tho authority of the High Court a sheriff’s officer nailed a writ to the mast.
