Teiuieut’s convenience? (4) Tho rate per hour charged for such service and tho method of assessment? (5) Has tho council by resolution fixed such rate at any time; if so, supply copy of resolution f (6) That a copy of the resoltition authorising the loan of tho roller to Cr.
