It is stated that the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association management committee has recommended that Air D. C. Coombe should be an officia member of the New Zealand Davis Cu] team which has been drawn to pla’ China in tho first round in tho Euro pean Zone. Mr. Coombe has also bee officially nominated as a New Zealau entrant for the Wimbledon tournament which commences in England in June.
