Appointments and Transfers Of Hospital Staffs
(Special to "Times") NAPIER, Feb. 15. Several new appointments to and transfers on the staffs of the public hospitals of Hastings and Napier wero made during January. They were mentioned by the matron, Mia» L. M. Croft, in her monthly report to the Hawke’s Bay Hospital Board. Staff-Nurse Giles, of the Hastings Memorial Hospital, h a s been transferred to tho maternity annexe at Hastings, while Staff-Nurses Saunders, Dysart and Allan have been appointed to tho Hastings Alemorial Hospital. Nurse Simmonds has resigned from tho staff in order to take up her general training. Nurse Coe, a trainee, has also resign ged, and Nurse Tycrs has been appointed to fill tlio vacancy. Charge-Nurse Wilmer has been appointed junior sister at the maternity mn-exe. At the Napier Public Hospital, Sister Ennis has resigned in order to gain further nursing experience in Australia. Sister E. Smith has been appointed sister-in-charge of isolation at Napier
