To-day's Recipe
[Rhubarb Alould 1 bunch rhubarb, J cup water, i teaspoon ground ginger) 2oz sugar, loz gelatine. Boil water and sugar to a syrup, and add rhubarb cut into inch pieces, and tho ginger, and cook till tender. Then rub through a sieve. Dissolve the gelatine in tho water, and mix it well with the rhubarb. Pour into a wetted mould, and set in a cool place. Serve with custard or cream.
