Walker, serviee.-statipu proprietor, were convicted of Sunday trading and each was fined £l. The defence raised the contention that the replenishment of the supply was essential, but the Magistrate held there was no necessity from the viewpoint of the public but merely a business advantage to the tlirec men concerned
