From Our Own Correspondent. Two table tennis teams travelled from Tiakitahuna during last week to play friendly matches with the Milson Club. Rose, of the clerical staff at the Palmerston North railway station, nas been transferred to Alarton. lie left Palmerston North on Saturday, Air Rose, who is' a keen cricketer, will be greatly missed from the Railway Cricket Club this coming season. He is also a member of the Combined Services Club. Mr Rose has become a very popular member of the staff while he has been in Palmerston North, and all join in wishing him every success in his new surroundings.
