Rose, of the clerical staff at the Palmerston North railway station, nas been transferred to Alarton. lie left Palmerston North on Saturday, Air Rose, who is' a keen cricketer, will be greatly missed from the Railway Cricket Club this coming season. He is also a member of the Combined Services Club. Mr Rose has become a very popular member of the staff while he has been in Palmerston North, and all join in wishing him every success in his new surroundings.
