FENCING Two experienced fencers from Palmerston North havo just taken a contract, for three miles of fencing on a “run” up the Wanganui River. The price is S/- per chain. The line is fairly good and all materials will be placed on the line, the contract being for lino clearing and erection only. The contractors arc being paid 14/- a day to split the posts and battens and put them on the fcncc-linc. There is work available in the country for good men, and the pay is good, too.
