Skull in a Wall

WORKMAN'S FIND IN WEST END building.

A skull was discovered embedded in the thickness of a wail which was being demolished on a site in Oxford Street, London. A workman who removed tkreo or four bricks together found the skull, which, although it must have been in that position for many years, was intact, even the teeth being still in place.

A member of the linn carrying out the demolition said that a request had been made by an official of the Marylebone Corporation that a look-out should be kept for anything out of the ordinary.
