ENTHRONEMENT SERVICE. United Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, April 29. Dr. liinsley, successor to the late Cardinal Bourne, was enthroned as Archbishop of Westminster. The cathedral was crowded. The congregation knelt as he passed the main door to tho high altar under a great white and gold canopy, wdiicli was borne on gilded staves. Dr. liinsley said ho brought a message of hope and encouragement from the Pope, who had made an impassioned appeal to a world torn to pieces by war and the ruinous results of international jealousies and strife. Dr. Hinslcy added: “We must insist that the efforts of economists and statesmen to secure peace will be vain unless there be a turning to God, for the world cannot give us Christ’s peace.-”
