REQUEST FOR PERMITS
LONDON, Sept. 19. Tho Daily Telegraph states that regarding Kingsford Smith’s and tho Mollisons’ difficulty in obtaining permits to fly over Turkey, an informal move has been made through the British Embassy at xVngora, aiming at a reconsideration by tho Turkish Government of its attitude.
