From Our Own Correspondent. Rifle Shooting. The Ashhurst Defence Rifle Club held its weekly shoot last week. Tho conditions were two shoots at the 300 yards range. The scoring was fair. All members are asked to roll up next Saturday or Wednesday for practice when a team will be selected to represent the club against the Cheltenham Clu on the Cheltenham range on Saturday, August 11. Any member unable to attend. Is asked to notify the secretary by Saturday, August 4. Detailed scores are as follow: — W. G. Romley 29. 30, (5)—61; D. McCrae 27, 25, (12)—64; J.
