The final stage of tho Tour de France cycle race, from Caen to Paris, a distance of 221 kilometres, resulted as follows: —Magne, 1471irs. 13min. 58see,; Martano, 147 hrs. 41min. 29see.; Sapelcic, 1481irs. smin. 43sce.; Vcrvaecke, Vitto, and Morclli had the next best time. The Tour de Franco cycle raco consisted of 23S stages over a total distance of 2695 miles, Caen to Paris being the final stage of the race, which commenced on July 3rd, and concluded on July 29th. Conditions allow for occasional rest days.
