Man Killed When Clearing Fire Debris

FATALITY AT NAPIER. Per Press Association. NAPIER, Last Night. Henry Worley, an employee of Amner’s lime works, was fatally crushed this afternoon when working among tho ruins of last Wednesday’s destructive fire. A huge wooden lime bin apparently balancing among tho ruilns slipped down and fell on its side when Worley removed some sacks, crushing him beneath. Ho was quickly released but died in a few minutes.
