SUNDAY CONCERT FOR UNEMPLOYED

AT PALACE THEATRE. The knowledge that an artistic musical treat will be the means of bringing more substantial benefits to the relief ox the unemployed breadwinners of Palmerston North and their dependents will be sufficient to fill the Palace to-morrow evening, when the theatre orchestra, assisted by Miss E. Gooding and Messrs C. Stewart, H. C. Gregory and C. Bell, will provide the programme of a sacred concert.

The approaching winter unfortunately finds many families lacking the necessities of life and those attending are asked to give as generously as their means allow, for assuredly the needs of some of their fellow 7 citizens are great. Pood, shelter and warmth can be provided all these by a liberal response to the effort of the Palace management and staff and assisting artists.
