— . - 7 LETTER PROM DIRECTOR OE PUBLIC SCHOOLBOYS’ TOUR. Tho Mayor (Mr. A. J. Graham) has received the following letter from Mr. J. R. Darling who is in charge of tho party of English public schoolboys which recently visited Palmerston North. “Your Worship: Wo do very much appreciate the honour done to us by tho town of Palmerston North and by yourself in welcoming us last Tuesday. “We enjoyed our stay in your town and admired it very much. We shall not forget its growing importance as a centre and the very excellent planning of it as a torn). Thanking you, sir, for your speech and welcome.”
