WELLINUTUN BKUTESTB. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. At a meeting of the management committee of the Wellington Rugby Union it was decided to protest to tho New Zealand Union against the unnecessarily early appointment of a selection committee and also against the late date fixed for the annual meeting this season. It was decided to hold over tho nomination of a selector until the cbmmittcc had fuller particulars as to tho Intentions of tho New Zealand Union with regard to tho selection of teams.
