REGENCY LIKELY TO BE SET UP IN ENGLAND
DURING KING’S CONVALESCENCE. United Press Association—By Electri# Telegraph—Copyright. Received Monday, 9.10 p.m. LONDON. March 11. In view of the fact that the King’s doctors insist that he must have at least four months’ rest, it .is stated that a Regency Bill is likely to be introduced to deal with the dissolution of Parliament. In the formation of a now Government, constitutional issues and questions of policy may arise which will need the full functioning of the Monarchy. The Council of State, at present acting on the King’s warrant, is precluded from dissolving Parliament.
