ST. ANDREW’S GIULD
The St. Andrew’s Ladies’ Guild held their first meeting for the year on Thursday afternoon, Mrs. Murray presiding over a fair attendance. A letter was read from Mrs. Wallace: resigning her position from the committee owing to ill-health. Mrs. Swinbourne was elected to her place till the end of the year. A letter was also read from the secrotary of the Presbytori&n orphanage thanking the members of the guild for their Christmas gift of handkerchiefs to the children. . During the afternoon, Mrs. Niven and Mrs. Fell contributed songs, and Master Sunborn two items on the Steel guitar, ________
