CRIMES ACT AMENDED. United Press Association— By Electri* Telegraph—Copyright. Received Thursday, 11.5 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 28. In the Legislative Assembly, the Crimes Act was amended prescribing a flogging for razor slashers. Labour members strongly opposed flogging.
