The Times correspondent, at Riga state that Moscow has instructed the naval authorities to make the’ transfer of the bodies of tho L 55 victims a solemn ceremony. ' ?■ A British merchantman will be admitted to Kronstadt roadstead, where the transfer of coffins will take place In tho presence of the Baltic Bed Fleet. A guard of honor of Red sailors will attend. The Admiralty has arranged fo? the bodies of the victims of the submarine L 55 to be transferred in the Baltic Sea to the cruiser Champion; which will convey them to England. ’■ The remains of the crew will be handed over by the Soviet authorities to „ the English steamer Truro on it's arrival at Kronstadt, to which the L 55 was towed after it had been salvaged. The Truro will poin the Champion at a Baltic rendezvous. '
