Mr. E. Stokes left to-day ■ Wanganui. Mr. and Mrs, Thompson and family loft on Monday to take up residence in Pahiatua, The. store lately owned by Mrs. Webb has been taken over by Mrs. 0. Osman. The football match on Saturday between the, third grade and married men resulted in .a. win for the latter. It was noticed, however, that many single men/played for the married.men.’ Mr. C. Osman refereed. .
