A BIRTHDAY PARTY
A small parfy was given on Monday evening oh the. occasion of .tho fifth birthday of little Miss Sylvia Nix, 'of Bunnythorpe. The table was beautifully decorated to match the: colouring of the birthday cake which was, of nice dimensions. The streamers, which were, of blue and gold, were hung to form an arch oyer the table which held the, repast. After tea had been partaken of, tho children indulged in numerous games and dancing. A pleasant surprise for the happy littlo ones was a shower of confetti which was thrown over them causing a great deal of laughter, this bringing the pleasant gathering to a close. Amongst those present were Misses Renio and Peggy. Turner, Vera Terris, Thelma and Stella Rosvall, Ruby Clark, Linda Rees, and Bertha and Robert SteVens.
