Ostler' and a jury at the Napier Supreme Court this morning whes Thomas Alfred Sunnex petitioned for dissolution of marriage from Ada Florence Sunnex, naming Thomas ODpwd as co-respondent and claiming E 250 damages. A decree nisi to be moved absolute in three months, with costs on the highest scale against co-respondent, was granted with the amount of damages claimed.
