COUNCIL OF CHRISTIAN CONGREGATIONS
A meeting of tho Council of Christian Congregations was held last week Canon Fancourt presiding over a fair attendance of members. In view of the favourable reports from tho majority of tho churchog of the town it was unanimously decided to hold a mission from September 1 to 12. The mission will - bo held simultaneously in all the chuVches. and the ; necessary work of preparation will be put in hand immediately. Under the auspices of the Council a united service will be held .in All Saints’ Church on Anzao Day. April 25, at 6.30 p.m. The Rev. J. Mllburn Stewart will be the speaker.
