In an address to the Rotary Club Doctor Smallpage said ho had now ready sufficient serum for complete tests and for bis own personal use. No highly technical knowledge or instruments were required for its application. He is working on an almost forgotten biological principle, in which, as far as he knows, the solution of the tuberculosis problem has never previously been sought
