HALCOMBE NOTES

The Halcombe school (boys and £-irl3) varied the usual Feilclingr visit to woodwork and cookery yesterday, by trying their luck with Manchester Street school in football and hockey daring: the luncheon adjournment hour. The football resulted in a win for Manchester Street by 27 to nil, and the hockey in a draw. The Halcombo pupils were hospitably entertained at lunch in the quadrangle by ithe upper classes of the local school.
