MR AMITY NOT A LIBERAL. (From Our Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. By a remark in the House yesterday afternoon, the Leader of the Opposition seemed to make it very clear to any who were in doubt that ho did not regard Mr Witty as a member of the Liberal Party. He read over the names of a committee of the House, a committee which included the name of Mr Witty, and went on to complain that the only Liberal on the body was Mr George Forbes.
