A woman, aged eighty-two years, living at Wood Green, who summoned her husband for maintenance arrears, has mothered sixty-eiy lit child-ren—twenty-three of her own, seventeen belonging to her secc|id husband by his first wife, and twenty-eight, nurse children. One of her daughters has had eighteen children, two fourteen each, and two twelve each. She was herself one of fourteen, and her mother one of twelve.
